Hello :

I was wondering if any of you guys know any ready made , drag and drop web sites .. dont mind paying a little $$

but would like a web site to display work , pictures ,images videos etc..

would like it to look clean simple and attractive

something simple that I can customize a certain amount but is easy to use...

any info would be greatly appreciated

Have you looked into popular CMS's like Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress etc.?

I personally have no experience with them, but many webhosts offer scripts to set them up automatically, so you don't have to take of the backend part and can get started with the frontend/admin stuff right away.
