Can any body help me with a license problem?

ERROR: - Maximum number of licenses reached. Render cannot continue. To render on this computer, you must first shut down one or more instances of mxcl running on other networked computers, then restart this mxcl application.

I keep getting this problem on a G5 and Intel Mac when we have not exceded our four licenses.

It happens when resuming the render in the mxcl after Loading Bitmaps & Preprocessing Data.

HELP!!! I need to render.

I don't have a Mac, but are you sure you don't have any other instances of mxcl running in the background? Did you try rebooting and resume?

yes i have 2 machinces rendering and the machince that was working fine until one hour ago that would make three of the four licenses.
i have rebooted many times, repaired the premissions it has made no difference. still the same error. its driving me nuts.
