Nice glass block!

The only thing that bothers me with majority of your images is how dark they are. I understand you're going for a natural feel here, but it's just not very welcoming is all.

Great work as usual.

The modeling and materials are fantastic!

While I agree that the light feels very natural, it does feel a bit dull/dark to me. Have you looked at it a bit more open or with a touch more contrast overall?

Sorry guys my bad

My CRT hadn't warmed up at the time of posting
I've had alittle play and think they look better now

Thanks for the comments by the way :)

Definitely better for brightness, although I personally would add a bit more contrast for aesthetics, it does look very natural. Nice job John.

The glass block refractions of the outside environment look great! I think there is still a bit too much noise present... Awesome work!!

This can pass as photo. Great work !

EDIT:

ah, good point on technical grounds ... but still quite photoreal in terms of illumination.

I love the natural light in this rendering.
Great work!

The only thing I find a little bit disturbing is the perspective: It's so close to being a 2-point perspective, that it would be very easy to use the shift lense to correct the vertical angles. But I guess thats just a matter of personal preferences...

Thank you all for your comments

The Wine and glass were a stock model I will redo so that it renders correct next time
And I forgot all about lense shift  again next time I'll look at it.
