At the moment we have to launch up to 3 programs for Network Rendering on the 'host' computer i.e. Render, Manager and Server.

It would be better for work flow if we had 2 buttons in the Network Tab UI that allowed us to launch manager and/or server.

Also, we should be able to launch the User Manual from 'Help' category in the in mxcl menu. At the moment Help simply has About an option in the drop-down... not very, well, helpful.

I think the easyest way to manage network rendering is:

I have two direct access placed in my start folder:
mxcl -manager -silent
mxcl -server -silent

The silent command is to launch both server and manager minimized to system tray. This way I have Maxwell allways ready for network render from the start of my PC.
