Hi i bought an anatomy 3d model set for a man and woman
But the some of the provided .OBJ files WONT open in maya!!
how weird is that

can someone Please open these obj's in maya or max or anything and save them as Prefrebly .mb (maya files)
If you cannot save as .mb
I will take .FBX or .3ds (i opened one obj file in poser and saved as a 3ds but maya 7 nor 8 would open the 3ds file.. this is why i would like them as .mb files)

I tried on two different computers both running windows XP 32 bit with 2 gigs of ram but maybe I dont have memory to open the files.. I figured maybe someone with more ram or someone wiht a 64bit system can open them and save them as .mb

the OBJ files are AVAILABLE via PM
1)male skeleton 16.2 meg obj file

2)female skeleton 15.1 meg obj file

also the skeletons as .lwo lightwave files 5.8meg zip..


When I try to open these OBJs in maya it just says error!!!
How weird is that maya wont open these objs!

I suggest instead to send the files via PM to someone that wants to help. I don't think you have the rights to distribute these files on a forum
