It would be nice if we could create and manage several camera bookmarks, like in Maya. This way we could have several camera positions and cycle through them in the scene using only one camera.

I whole-heartedly agree. This is something I've been wanting for ages.
It would also be wonderful to be able to save the parameters of the camera(s) as well.
