hello ... hehe... I am posting this one here. it is a rework (slightly) of the image you now all now... thought I would try a duotone version.. and the color one...
it was rendered double that size... with the help of NL mega cool holly people.. (I could never have render that big one on my mini system..) so thank you so much.. !

Thats a very nice one Hervé. The floor and the green chair on the left are really outstanding. I like the coloured version better than the monochromatic one to be honest. Very nice attention to detail, but please get anpother pattern for the couch, it hurts my eyes.
Are you joining the interior contest btw?

i really like this tall room. it gives a lot of air to breathe.

this is what great pictures are about:
they tell a long story. and here, it's about re-interpretation of ancient values. it must have been a long time since this chamber had been built in it's original form, even before electricity.

there must be also a rather mild climate because of the (only) single frame windows (which actually is a contradiction to the high rooms which are mostly used in very hot climates... ) yeah, the details...

Thanks so much for your sweet words.. indeed that room really exists... I also like very much the tall rooms.. like you say... gives more air... feels more confortable..

mmmm, I like the color one better too... and you're absolutly right about the pattern for the sofa.. but it was already rendering when I found I have left it there... there is a lot of room for improvments.. I know.. hehe
