are you using 1.1.30? Theres a bug posted below regarding colour and bump maps rendering black.

The problem might be also that you have non Maxwell materials in the scene.

So then the black parts of this model don't have a Maxwell material applied? I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but you should first try and make sure all the objects have a Maxwell material applied.
