Hello,
Newbee here. I have been playing with M~R for two days now and i love the results so far. One thing i have not beign able to figure out, not even looking at the different posts, is how to achieve a transparent map i.e. a curtain and without using cutout. I tried Dielectric but i could not see the IOR control, even tho i would figure it out to be an option in the diffuse material shader.
Any thoughts?
Also; any word if the material will be visible on the shader window? it will be much eassier to set up and not having to render to see how it comes out.
Thank you in advance.

courtains have been rendered with alpha/beta using diffuse mats with very fine clipmaps, but clipmaps are disabled in the current rc. another way to do that might be sss, but then again, sss is disabled right now.
