My biggest problem with it is that they are advertising the RC with a whole bunch of features that are not now and never were available in the RC's, and that is plain old lying and the falsest advertising on the web.

Please remove it as very little of it is true.

I do not think removing the chance to future buyers can help the current buyers at all.
What NL should do, is to set up a REALISTIC scheddule, and keep tighted to it. Included the Last Chance Message.
