ok seriously ... was it just super black material in 0 REFL slot (this well known black zit artifact)? or something more like bug ?

It was simply the refl 0 was set to value 0 and Force Fresnel was turned off.

Yes....seems like I still have a lot to learn about material setup. There are quite a few values that are mysteries to me.
