this was not thought at a general critics. the last time I checked, the rhino plugin was the best plugin I ever used way better than studio at least.
what do you mean by "specialized things only marginally useful"? the only thing which comes to my mind is the database manager function to show seperate bsdf's etc. I'd almost claim that I use every other feature from time to time.
And I don't use the database manager, just because I don't have an organized material collection (yet).
