Yes, I've installed that plugin but I have not tested it yet. First I need to learn Modo, I'm watching video tutorials as much as I can . The modeling workflow is impressive, and I love the workplane feature.

i'm seriously considering about changing main 3d app.
i know will be very very very very hard to spin off my brain after 10+ years of 3dsmax... but modo is really cheaper (far away from max's 5100 euros + annual subscription and so on...). Will be also hard to "lose" object library in .max format....

... but if maxwell will be "pluginable" to next release of modo ......... well......

well my only complain is that Modo is not 64.. only 32.. but they say 401 will be 64.. so all good...

We've had modelling and rendering in one package for years. Ever heard of Max?

To me, Maxwell is above all others in the quality:ease of use ratio. It's my opinion that the Max/mental ray combo is still head and shoulders above Modo/Modo. Opinions vary...
