Well if you analyze this way.. everything we do can be a waste of time in some point of view...

I think the big deal of vector art is that:

1 - it takes a long time

2 - The result image is smooth and can be resized to a bilboard size without aliasing.

3 - It is impossible to make it look as real as on those pictures :o

4 - Or maybe it is simply foolish to spent that much effort on something that already exists ;o)

Now.... how about a render engine that produces vector images :shock: . Hell size will not be a problem anymore :lol:
