Yep, undo would be good.
If views can be imported or handled by the plug-in as valid for Maxwell I would not care too much for it as camera undo, but as Studio also will have the task to be the handling platform for all apps that do not have their own plug-in, there of course should also be a camera undo. Probably, like in Rhino or other apps done by keys separately.
As for the material undo/redo, yes, of course. Say, I have a hue of crimson, ah, not enough yellow, oops, no, too much, ..ok, .., hei, what was the first one?
Yes, I could make a copy of a material, as I could make a copy of a camera etc, but playing with forward and rewind is most of the time faster and has it's own quality of learning.
People have different memory abilities, and I for one tend to play rather than to recall eg various digits for a color.
Of course, Rembrandt et all did not have an undo, but..
