I'm pretty sure it has to download the scene, it's not built into the install.

BTW, I'm surprised no one has not yet mentioned "Render Calculator" which is AWESOME

In Maxwell Render - when you modify your image (for instance, apply SimuLens) and close, you get a warning window.
It prevents you from making sure you don't forget to save - what actually happened to me a couple of times

Cause this is the first version of MR that has "Tools" toolbar for me (as far as I remember).

I just checked release notes for 2.5, 2.6, 2.6.10, & 2.7 and can't find it anywhere.
When was it added?

Solution: just head down to loppmarknad and buy some vintage tea pots, plates, mock-velvet altar cloth - and take good ol' photographs to stop cryin' ;)

The Benchwell scene is encrypted and protected, and can not be downloaded and edited in a usual manner. We did it this way to protect authorship of the model, materials and scene.

But it is beautiful, no?

That teapot MXM is a wonderful example of a well made material!

Actually theres nothing special about the materials in the scene, theyre not highly accurate or efficient.
The teapot has UV mapped dirt which came from the original photo scan, that gives it a great look. And I know a lot of work went into scanning that teatpot too!
