Hello,
We have quickly released a new version of the plugin for Photoshop (version 4.2.0.4) as we found a problem that prevented opening mxi files that included multi-channels, like shadow, custom alpha or UV channels.
As always, it is available in My Downloads area at the Portal https://portal.nextlimit.com

-Layer groups for extra channels, lights, shadows, UVs and custom alphas.
