what am I missing with the Maxwell Render settings? didn't touch'em. however when I launch a render FROM Maya, Maxwell is supposed to run as "low priority" but Maya turns to a very slowwwww program, as if it took the low priority from Maxwell....if I lower the affinity and let Maya use a core or tow, then I can continue working normally. What's wrong? I recall Maxwell 1 didn't had this problem. BTW launching a stand-alone render doesn't "hurt" Maya's performance. And of course' other programs are not affected from this behavior. Those keep their normal priority and run as usual.
