backup question here ..


following this 'tutorial', I saved an image of my clean win 7 reinstall for future use :

what I get is a folder named 'WindowsImageBackup' on the target usb drive I chose.
(around 16 GB)

questions :

1]
can I directly copy this folder to an other drive or are there strings attached to this (hidden files / file structure / ..) ?

2]
can I rename this folder without worrying (e.g. put date in file name) ?
