In the Material Editor you can now adjust settings, and save them with the preview so that you can toggle between various settings and see the differences without having to generate a new preview each time. It would be nice to have this same capability within Maxwell Render so that you could change things like scattering, diffraction ISO, etc. and store them and then toggle between different settings to see which you like most.
