Maxwell for SolidWorks version 1.8.3 Release Notes

Maxwell Render for SolidWorks version 1.8.3 is a very minor bug-fix build, released mainly to maintain version parity with its sister plug-in, Maxwell Render for Rhino. However, a few small issues found in version 1.8.2 have been addressed.

For details on the many changes and additions included in plug-in version 1.8.2, please see the release announcement for that version.

Changes:

• In SolidWorks 2009, the SolidWorks camera's Aspect Ratio is now taken into account

Fixes:

• A file IO error could occur when using the MXM Browser to delete MXM files.
• A file IO issue would occur if a custom default was set in the Scene Manager's Output tab.
• On x64 systems, the plug-in's Camera Heads-up Display did not display its text correctly.
• On x64 systems, the plug-in's custom file-browser did not display previews correctly.
