Is it my imagination or do I still have to locate myself from Chicago to the UK to get the shadows to work properly. I have updated everything. I thought this was fixed at one point?

I'm on an 8-core mac and using SketchUp. I posting a SketchUp question here because no one has been in the SketchUp section for a week. Maybe they gave up.
