I was wondering how I can do a clay type rendering?

I know about the override materials option but I still would like the windows to be transparent.

I wish for the same, but as far as I know this is currently not possible.
Maybe this should go into the Wishlist topic if it isn't already there.
An 'exclude' option for materials to be excluded from clay rendering (override) would be nice, kind of how it works in C4D R17.

I think that's a nice wish...

Currently only emitter materials are automatically excluded from the override material.
