Anybody have suggestions about this? I just built a new computer and now I cant get any of my network renders to merge. It worked fine on the old computer but now everytime I render I just get an error that says "failed" then it opens up the folder which shows all of the render files. I can manually merge these but obviously this is just a work around until i figure out what is going on.

Any thoughts on something that I might have missed when setting up the new computer would be appreciated.

i just noticed there is an error in the network manager that says "The MXI files sources don't match " but i'm not sure what that means exactly.

Are you sure all computers are running the same version of Maxwell and Network?

just checked them and they're all on 2.7.20.0

In that case I can just think that there might have been some older MXI files in the temp folders and it's trying to merge with those...

I'll try deleting those and maybe it'll work. Not in front of the computer now but I'll give it a try in the morning. Thanks for the suggestion mihai
