I am finding that occasionally when you create a new render region with a camera in Studio it will actually draw out a second region, but not change the region that is rendered. Found out last night when I sent a co-op render out and it rendered my tiny test chunk I had been using prior to final rendering.
Check out this screen grab: you will see a large render region defined, and a small one which I just drew out - it's the same camera (there's only one in the scene) and it renders the larger one (which was defined first). Restarting Studio fixed the problem, but if you don't catch that you end up wasting a night's rendering -which is not fun
