I have set up blow up region, saved maxwell scene file,
started nework monitor and start the network render but
the render is not a full frame ? it shoud be blow up full
frame ! (works fine without network ) I tried several times
and followed the manual.

I could be wrong but I believe the region will only blow up to the resolution of the camera. If your camera has a widescreen resolution (ie. 1280x720) but your selected region is square (ie. 500x500), the square will blow up to the height (in this case, 720) but would leave black bars at the side of the render.
