Please advise
what is the best way to make sunken light for interior ?

i find that adding even one emmiter make it so long to render !!!!!

is there any beter way ?

Make sure your emitter geometry is not intersecting other geometry.
Increase the roughness of the reflecting cylinder.
Don't use a glass lens on the light fixture.

I just noticed this posting from last March and wanted to ask you -- when you say "make sure that your geometry doesn't intersect other geometry" do you mean that if you shoudn't have any geometry OVERLAPPING (actually touching and overlapping) emitter material?

Or do you mean touching it at an angle?

Overlapping, touching and intersecting emitter geometry is not recommended. I haven't tested it in a while, but it can cause extra noise in your render.
