Here's the result : 
It renders in fact faster, and with less noise (still quite a bit, but definitely less).
There are those strange artefacts that show up now though.
This seems to be linked to the meshing, but I don't remembrer seeing those luminosity variations before.
I noticed that you had lowered the RGB value of the "Base color" reflectance 0, which of course does limit the noise.
I also saw that you put the Reflectance of the gloss finish and translucency layers to black.
Could you elaborate why this is beneficial ?
