Does anyone know where I can get a copy? I don't see it in the download area and it did not get placed in my Cinema plug-ins folder. Any ideas?

I am using the v1.0.4 manual but would like one for the current Cinemaxwell plug. BTW, most features in the v1.0.4 manual are in the current plug-in.
