In Render setting inside C4D R9.6 the resolution in 640x480 and the resolution from MaxwellRender is 731x547

Nope, that's not a bug.

You have called "Render Active View" , which renders the Render save area of the current view in the same dimension you have it on screen.

To render in the preset dimension, call "Render selected View as Render View".
If you have a better wording for this, any suggestions are certainly appreciated.

My mistake
In 1.1 i set the resolution setting in the camera tab in cinemaxwell and Render Active View obey this settings, but here in 1.5 this tab has disappear so i need to get use to hit in Render Selected View As Render View.
Personally this name is so long i could suggest that the Render Active View change for something like Preview Active View (this is for the real reason that we use this button, rigth?) and the Render Selected View As Render View change for something like Render Active View.
