I really like what I could read about the maxwell 1.2 update so far, but I am even more curious about what we are going to hear about a new cinema plugin, any news? Come on.

soon ... don't worry, it will be great (circa April '05)

That's how I feel as well, it can have all the features in the world, but without a killer plug, workflow still stinks or worse (it goes unused). I look at it as a weakest link situation, the software as a whole is only as good as its weakest point and even in v1.1 the weakest point (for me at least) is the plug. Add all the new features you want to 1.2, they don't help me a bit if I cannot use them in a productive fashion.

I use Cinemaxwell from beginning. In current stage it works atleast. But I would apriciate usefull workflow, too. I do not understand how next limit "think". This tag system really kills great C4D system of work. But this is really old story. We have to hope... Unfortunately...

I agree with spekoun, the current release is the first one that´s actually workable, but it still suffers from way to many bugs and workflow issues to be used efficiently.

Fixing the memory handling(thank god IF it actually works), is a start, but this plug also needs several critical bugfixes and additional features that for some reason are implemented in other plugs, but not in Cinemaxwell.

I don´t know if NL have forgotten about this section, but someone should remind them of its existence and a C4D-plugin in serious need of attention.
