I don't know why this is no adressed more often but I think it really annoying that the time is expressed in decimal system.

I don't know when 15.86 hours is. I'd like to see the hour end at 15.59 and the next minute should be 16.00 and not 15.60-15.99.

I wish the time to be time and not some decimal expression.

The same for the date. Fine to have the months limited to 28/30/31 days. But what is february -247th? shouldn't this be febr. 1st and stopping there when counting down!?

hehe, that's a minor issue.

Just use 'set date-hour' button.

It is a minor issue but has been pointed out since alpha/beta versions.
