Where is animation, where is a semi-normal netrender, where is our non-beta c4d plugin, and and where is our extra license for the alpha/beta testers???

did you mail them , again, to ask for the extra license, i just did last week, and finally had it... :D

I purchased Mograph from Maxon the other day. I thanked them for the software and told them they would get my money "very soon". They didn't find that exceptable at all ... think I can hold them off for a year or so?

Sorry Tyrone but the question should be:

"Is NL's disrespect towards clients necessary?"

My faith and good will was deposited alongside 300 and something euros, LAST YEAR!

Is it so difficult for them to admit that it's a crappy plugin and tell us what's up?

I know you are under NDA and cannot say anything, but please don't side with them on this, even as lightly as you do.

If you ask me, it IS necessary for them to know the magnitude of their BAD behavior. I am voicing mine, let others voice theirs.

1. they had nowhere mentioned that there was a no refund policy (which is illegal BTW) when we where buying it.

2. So your argument could mean: "nobody forced you to buy from crooks..."
well sorry for that, I won't do it again.

The funny thing is that when I mentioned the whole M~R story to my Bank, they said that I could easily get my money back. Then I thought "what the heck, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, they will probably deliver soon"

This is what I get for it.

I didn't buy beta, i bought v1.0. And NOONE mentioned that Cinema4D Plugin is a crap and there is no Maya plugin for Mac AT ALL.
Since only 1 month passed since my purchase I don't intend to be rude - still have some patience.
Well, can't tell when it ends...
And I agree - those who paid money for crappy soft DESERVE to know when this soft will be improved.


NL, I'm your customer for 2 years, never said a bad word about you, now i can only tell, that is NOT a good way to behave with your customers (if it bothers you).

Keep the thread civil. I do not like to close threads. Its the same as on any other forum. If you have a complaint with NL use the support email that you can find on the website.

I couldn't agree more, but they don't reply!
The only thing I believe I can do now is voice my thoughts publicly.

The funny thing is that when they deliver a better plugin (hope - hope - hope), they will start to act as nothing happened, and some people will say, "hey, see, what was the nagging about..."

BTW, thanks again for all the help. If only NL was as eager to help as you....

BTW, I think that we talk in a civil (but tempered) manner. Others are not at all civil (NL that is).

If civil means "not using rude words" this thread is civil enough. It's just tempered as noseman mentioned.
Tyrone, imagine a situation when you buy yourself a car say for 20k USD and get a car that could be worth that money, if only it could ride! And when you ask "hey, when do i get myself a normal one?" you get an answer - soon. What will you do?
The thing is, people here ARE civil and TRUST YOU! others wold definitely go to court and get their money back from you VERY easyly , believe me. Because people have right to do it.
You can close the thread, but as long as people cam communicate and speak their problems out publicly, the tension will not rise as it can.

Hey Boris, just some advice. The same arguments have been voiced repetedly by many people and nothing really has changed.
People have been banned (we are talking about people that had PAYED NL their money in ADVANCE) from this forum for saying what we are saying, with the excuse that they said the same thing over and over and they where annoying the "good" members, as if we force our topics upon them.
On the other hand, we have had situations where NL employees have called others "BAD" words (you know the "f" word) and they have not even apologised.

Anyway, Tyrone is one of the few that are doing a GREAT job for the community. Have in mind that he is NOT affiliated (AFAIK) with NL in any other way other than beta testing and moderating.

Sadly I would like to say to you: "welcome to no-no land"

I just remembered what a nice place this used to be last year. Full of expectations, experimentations, chatting, opinion sharing e.t.c.

From the time NL started to delay M~R and people started complaining, it has been downhill from then.

Very sad.

I in no way try to offend Tyrone, and understand that he is not the one to blame. I just tried to make my point of view clear, that the things we say are not to offend. They are not words of blaming (yet) but are the ask for some human treatment.
And, being an old NL customer (i own RealFlow licence) i can say that I never expected that kind of things from people in NL. And as many of the people who know me may say, I always praised NL for the wonderful things they do!

So, Tyrone, once more, no offence for you, just an example, I'm really interested in what you' d do in that kind of circumstances!
