I'm trying to create a glass bottle with a label, but I'm not having much luck. I've tried using two different custom mxm materials, one for the label and one for the glass. I've tried putting the label on the c4d material and using a Maxwell dielectric for the glass. I've tried a single custom mxm material for the label and the glass, using two separate bsdf layers. I can't get the glass and the label to show at the same time. I get the label with the glass part invisible, or I get a yellow color where the glass should be but no label. Will someone please help me out with how to put a label on a glass bottle?

You can do this by adding a new BSDF layer to the glass MXM. Place your decal on that layer and use a clip map in the layer weights to determine what portion is glass and what is decal.

Thanks for you reply, dyarza. I was able to sort out the label, but now my label is partially transparent. How can I make the label completely opaque?

Using a B/W Clipmask in the Layer weight for the Label and have the second BSDF Layer(Label) not be transparent.
