how can i make render-region directly from lw?
I can't do it in studio because sometimes I use shift-lens and in studio it doesn't work with blow-up region.Studio make the render without the shift lens correction.

Can I make by command line ?

It's not supported yet, but I've added it on the work list for the next update. There's no command line flag for it either, unfortunately.
