I haven't tried it, but it seems that Blender comes with a fluid simulator: maybe it don't use volumetrics.

Really good. There are examples all over the net of LW/Blender fluid integration. Check the Blender forums for more info.


Blender creates a .obj file for each frame of fluid calculation, which can be imported into LW. I think as an animation but I can't remember for sure.
