You could save out different files for each camera in your scene and using the cooperative rendering manager send each of those files to render. This would do what your asking but it's not automatic.

I would tink that since you can run it from the command prompt you should be able to make BAT files or scripts that launched the successive renders. Don't know how you would go about timing them properly...

yes, only thing you have to export all the MXSs you need first(one per camera view that is), and then you can run a BAT file for rendering them.

those info would be contained in the bat file, which would look something like this:

mxcl.exe -mxs:"G:\3D\test1.mxs" -t:1 -r:640x480 -nowait -o:"G:\3D\test1.jpg"
mxcl.exe -mxs:"G:\3D\test2.mxs" -t:1 -r:640x480 -nowait -o:"G:\3D\test2.jpg"
mxcl.exe -mxs:"G:\3D\test3.mxs" -t:1 -r:640x480 -nowait -o:"G:\3D\test3.jpg"

all the output images are saved directly by maxwell, during the rendering they are updated every 10 minutes or so as the rendering goes on.

actually that is an example of a .bat file, when running a file like that maxwell is executed outside max. it calls mxcl and then tells it what to do: where to get the scene you want to render (-mxs:C:\...\1.mxs), desired render time (-t:...), resolution, output and so on.
if you never used maxwell through mxcl, i'd suggest you to take a look at the pdf about command lines and stuff that you can find in your maxwell's installation folder (next limit\maxwell\maxwell_mxcl.pdf). lot of info in there.

Hi
I think you can make a very, very short animation about 4-5 frames. You place your cam in each frame in a different views.

What do you think about this idea?

within max you can specify an output path here:

I always use different names, eg. test.mxs / ren1.jpg
I change the name as well the extension. Its probably just a habit of earier bugs, (in former times there was one)

but i still use different names => never chang a running config *ggg*
