besides is so difficult to delete a failed job... why?

If you stuck deleting jobs, follow these steps:

1) Close maxwell applications (viewer, server, monitor, manager)
2) Find and deleting the file: manager.ini from the path \Documents and Settings\(User)
3) Restart applications.
