I did a forum search and found a few others with this same problem but didn't find a solution. I'm new to Maxwell. I have 1 license with 8 nodes. My network consists of all Windows 7 64bit computers. I've been able to get all but one node to connect to the manager just fine, but my fastest node won't connect to the manager. Neither the manager or workstation have firewall enabled. I've tried reinstalling the node, I've double checked ports to make sure it's configured the same as the nodes that work. I can connect back and forth to shares between the two. I tried going into the command line and forcing the node to find the manager on it's specific IP with no success. All computers are running the same version of Windows and Maxwell and are all configured similarly with one exception... I'm beginning to suspect the cause might be that this particular workstation is also connected to a separate 10gig fiber network via a second network card (the others aren't). Is there a way to force the node to broadcast over the gigabit NIC and ignore the secondary network card? Maya's batch (backburner) app works on the same network so the network appears to be functioning ok.
Thanks!
