ok i could coop-render a picture...

not really sure of the result, because merged.mxi gives more noise than cooperative.mxi... but in merged.mxi, the frosted glasse is better (less dark) than in cooprative.mxi...

i'll test further... only 10min test...

i still have a trange behaviour :

my renderSlave starts rendering quite fast after launching the job, but the main PC is ofsetted with 2-3 minutes while "receiving scene"...
strange is that the mapped netfile is on that PC, i'm not doing something else, and it is a dual core Proc...

ok, as far as it's a 4600+ and slave is a 3800+, the SL at the end is almost the same... but why does it take so long to recieve a file that is on the same PC ? (not same HDD than maxwell's default dir)

thanks Tom, I saw those pages, and have read them many times trying to understand.
What I meant, is that since the command lines works only following certain sequence, which is inverted in relationship to your description, it would be a good idea if that could be warned in the manual.
