-mxs:\\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\maxwellshare\yourfile.mxs -res:800x600 -s:20 -time:24 -th:8 -o:\\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\maxwellshare\yourpic.jpg

where the xxx series is the IP addres where the maxwellshare resides. De th has to be at least as high as the number of processor threads in your network. Doubling it seems to be an advantage in some cases.
