I wanted to have the Network Manager running on our actual server (so that it's always on) but am curious if that uses up a license. If I do have it running on one of the Network Server machines does it take up processor, memory, or network bandwidth?

I guess it's the server the one that check for the license, but I'm not 100% sure.
Anyway the Manager uses very few CPU and more bandwith, and few memory when displaying.
