Very nice tile texture on the walls. Maybe you'd want to try something warmer for the ceiling/floor/toilet? The wall texture is nice, but it reminds me of swimming pools...

i think your main issue here are the tiles...
try playing with bump and reflection maps, and maybe cut them before they reach the ceiling

oh, and the shelves seems a bit too little to me...

be nice if you could see the glass a little better, Maybe a little steam on it or reduce transparency of the surface or something - not sure, but i think in reality you would see it more than this.
