I think the second image is very good. The grass is particlarly nice. However, you have to work on the water. Right now it looks like you used a diffuse shader. I would recommend a plastic shader.

The first image is nice too...very basic so not much to say about it.

the truth is ., .......... these images are beautifully clean and are worth a thousand words a piece or a thousand
minutes of render time ----whatever comes first.
That by the way makes no sense at all. Nice work .... .

ps. i would also like to add that the first example is an excellent example of using an exterior lighting solultion to obtain professional looking results in a studio situation.
