Yes, I agree about the model. It's too low poly for a close-up beauty render like this. It's maybe more of a scene entourage type model.

You guys are right, it's a low poly 3DS Max model. I'm working on re-modeling the whole car, did the front grille, windows and headlights and air intake in the sides.
It's most realistic V8 Vantage model I could find, and I'm now re-doing the whole thing in NURBS (Rhino).
