I've just bumped into some excellent technology from the guys at CoolIris (formally PicLens). It allows you to embed their 3D Wall into you own web pages. I think it's a great way to show off lots of images.

The technology should work without having to install their plugin (but requires Flash to run). Please let me know if anyone can't see the 3D Wall and I'll try to iron out the bugs.

enjoy...

it worked for me after reloading the page. quite nice effects, but it tilts a little too much on scrolling horizontally (compared to the real cooliris)

Works fine on my FF.

Reminds me of this test using Tiltviewer I made a while a go. I'm not sure if it works with all web-browsers though

sampson - thanks

giacc, Bubbaloo & djflod - I'll look into it but try reloading the page as kami seemed to get success. The 3D Wall needs Flash and may be having problems with firewalls, etc. I'll try to figure it out.

kami - thanks. I think it tilts more because I've increased the size of the area the wall plays in?

KurtS - I did look into Tiltviewer, which I think is great, but I wanted something that presented all images at once.
