I think these are really good archvis type renderings.
I wonder if there are hidden light sources, seems overall brighter than I would expect which is blowing out some of the shadows - in the first render the crown moulding looks to be below the ceiling and the chair legs at the bottom right don't quite appear to touch the carpet. If somehow you could get a bit more shadow to "anchor" things it would help.
That's pretty nit-picky of me, overall I think you've done a damn fine and thorough job of modelling and texturing the scene.
One other small thing: I feel a very strong urge to push some of the chairs and tables around. Just a tiny bit of x,y movement and rotation, right now they appear to be perfectly aligned, which always looks weird to me.
