DOF wasn't quite right until last night..........now happy with this one.
Phys sky, one internal light, AGS windows and full structure enclosure, sl19 after 11 hrs. Maybe some glow needed too?.......I still have the mxi's so maybe some testing is in order.

About glow... I think, here is not necessary glow. Here there are no bright light spots. A picture without glow very beautiful.

Boolean cut on a flat plane to get outer pattern, then 'bent' to form outer surface, inner surface/base just a lathed outline........probably not the standard way but was very quick.

Appreciate the input jenyaz, yeah it works like this but I haven't played with glow on this yet..........may have a play later.

All you need to render now is a bottle of brandy, and you're golden! It may have been a round-about way of modelling, but it rendered beautifully!
