No, i don't use realflow. I made a mesh with XSI that roughly defined the shape of water, and refined with ZBrush...

It looks really nice, but I'd probably try to (and I realize this is difficult and still make it look "water") darken the "H" a bit. The only other thing is that the perspective is...I don't know. I might try backing the camera up and zooming so that you get a different perspective on the outside "A", but maintain the overall composition.
