1). MarkM - Numbers will be sanded plexi with led set into the wall behind. When it was presented, the first thing said was 'I don't like the vases'
2). ivox3 - second thing said was 'WTF were you thinking with those lights' (not kidding)
3). tom - yep, the column sucks. Will redo the view. 3rd view is with .mxi textures, can't wait to get them back yo!

The carpet in #3 and #5 is v. good – how did you get that feeling of depth? Just simple bump?

#4 intriques me. Are you imitating a translucent glass with a pattern on it? SSS, if it were working, would help with a glow in the material, yes?

The comment about the ceiling pendant lights in #1 is true - you need an escutcheon to cover the ceiling box where the wiring takes place.
